We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and personalised service. We work closely with you to create a unique and unforgettable experience for you, your guests and your event.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes we do, we require 20% deposit to secure your booking.
When is the balance due?
The balance is due 30 days before the event.
Can i visit you face to face?
Yes you can, please call us to arrange a visit to our office.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover mostly Essex and Suffolk, however we are always happy to travel. We have provided our services to London, Norfolk, Kent and even abroad.
Do you offer NHS / Blue light card discount?
Yes we do
When will i know who my DJ is?
With all Weddings and events they are different. All our DJ’s who work for us, are DJ’s we have known in the business for a long time. We trust them and they have been trained to the quality of service we expect. We allocate your DJ when you book, however due to work load this may change. We also allocate a DJ we think will be best suited to your event or Wedding.
Can i provide your DJ with a playlist?
Yes, you can. However, we always tell clients they can be as much or as little involved with the music as they like. After all, you are paying for our expertise and professional services to keep your guests dancing. You will be provided with a username and password for our event portal to create playlists.
Can RCT Entertainment & Events provide music for both the ceremony and wedding breakfast?
Yes, we can provide music for both the ceremony and reception. We work closely with each couple to select the perfect songs and create a seamless transition between the two. We also offer an all day hosting service with all our Wedding DJ packages for an additional cost.
How do i book RCT Entertainment & Events?
Booking us for your wedding is easy! Simply contact us via email give us a call to discuss your event detail or book via the website. You will be sent a personalised quotation, which will list all our service and prices. If you wish to book we will then email a booking agreement email, which has a contract attached, this can be digitally signed.
