We couldn't recommend RCT enough for everything they provided for our wedding day. From the decor and styling to the DJ services and photo booth, every aspect was delivered professionally, seamlessly, and with so much energy and enthusiasm.
Charlene and the team did a fabulous job decorating the venue exactly how we had imagined. They provided all of our ceremony decor, as well as the wedding breakfast table decor, flowers and chair decorations. They also provided to postbox for wedding cards and big light up love letters. Before the wedding, Charlene and Ross took the time to meet with us to discuss exactly what we wanted and were able to offer advice based on their experience about what would work best. The end result was absolutely beautiful and brought our vision to life perfectly.
Ross was amazing throughout the day as our DJ and host. He brought so much energy to our wedding breakfast entrance and did a fantastic job helping to keep the day flowing smoothly, including announcing key moments. His professionalism and personality really added to the atmosphere of the day.
The evening entertainment was equally incredible. Ross kept the dance floor busy all night by playing a mix of genres and reading the room perfectly to keep everyone dancing. We received so many compliments from our guests about how great the music was throughout the evening. We also booked a bongo player through RCT, organised by Ross, and the combination was fantastic. They worked so well together, choosing exactly the right songs and creating an amazing atmosphere.
RCT also provided our photo booth in the evening, which was brilliantly run by Charlene. It was a huge hit with our guests, and we loved that everyone who used it received a copy of their photos while we also received a guestbook album filled with all the pictures to look back on.
From start to finish, the whole team at RCT were professional, friendly, organised and genuinely invested in making our wedding the best it could be. They brought so much energy to the day and played a huge part in making it so memorable. Thank you to Charlene, Ross and the entire team for helping make our wedding day so special.

We booked Ross and his team at RCT for our twilight wedding, and they provided the most incredible party experience! From the gorgeous, atmospheric lighting, to the brilliant selfie mirror, but most of all to Ross for being the most amazing DJ. I've never been to a wedding when the dance floor has been heaving till midnight, but Ross really knows how to get a party started - and to keep it going till the very end! Thank you so much for making our big day so very special, not just for us, but for absolutely everyone who was there!

From booking these guys for our wedding reception, their communication was first class!
Their portal was easy to navigate and we were able to select our own playlist, which we knew our guests would enjoy. The dance floor always had people on it.
We can not thank RCT enough and would not hesitate to recommend them for any of your events.

Absolutely Stunning Wedding Decor!
RCT Entertainment & Events did an incredible job decorating both our ceremony and reception. From start to finish, their work exceeded our expectations, and both my partner and I were absolutely over the moon with how everything looked.
The highlight of the evening was definitely the large illuminated letters spelling out our surname "BOURGAIZE" - it was such a special touch that really personalized our celebration and looked absolutely spectacular. The attention to detail throughout all their work was exceptional.
If you're looking for a team that will transform your wedding venue and create that "wow" factor, I highly recommend RCT Entertainment & Events. They truly helped make our special day even more memorable

From our very first message to the final song of the night, Ross and Charlene at RCT Events were simply incredible. They were caring, diligent, and genuinely passionate about making our wedding perfect. Every bit of communication was clear, professional, and personal — nothing was ever too much trouble.
Ross was more than just our DJ — he was an outstanding Master of Ceremonies, guiding the day seamlessly and keeping guests relaxed and entertained during the photos. He also provided the speakers and music for our drinks reception, creating the perfect vibe before the wedding breakfast. When it came to the evening, Ross absolutely nailed it — the dance floor was full all night, with music that was perfectly timed with the live musicians and bursting with energy.
The musicians, especially the bongo player, were a huge hit with everyone, bringing an incredible interactive energy that made the celebration even more special.
Charlene worked her magic on our stationery and signs, which were absolutely stunning and perfectly matched our theme and colours. She also provided a beautiful sweet cart, light up letters and wedding post box, which our guests loved. Oh, and the magic mirror photo booth, which was a massive hit and created so many fun memories throughout the night.
Every little detail was handled calmly and effortlessly — even the last-minute bits — making the whole experience completely stress-free. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how amazing the entertainment, décor, and atmosphere were — and we couldn’t agree more.
