Step 3 - We will send you a personlised quote
At RCT Entertainment & Events, we understand the importance of your big day. We take pride in offering a personalised quote to our clients. Our goal is to help you create your dream wedding by providing you with a wide range of products tailored to your specific needs. We will send you a personalised quote with all the products we offer, allowing you to create a bespoke package for your wedding day. Our team of professionals is dedicated to ensuring that your wedding is nothing short of breathtaking!
Step 4 - Let's get you booked in
At RCT Entertainment & Events, we understand how special your wedding day is and we're committed to making sure it is everything you've ever dreamed of and more. Once we have agreed on the package or service you require, we will provide you with a booking agreement email outlining our services and a contract that can be digitally signed. We also require a 20% deposit to secure your booking, which can be paid via bank transfer or card payment. Once all these are completed, you will recieve booking confirmation, receipt of payment and your unique username and password to login to our event portal. We work tirelessly to ensure that everything runs smoothly, allowing you to relax and enjoy every moment planning your big day.
Step 5 - Sit back and relax
Sit back and relax! If you have booked our DJ service you can start planning your perfect playlist via our event portal. You can choose all your favorite songs to set the ambiance of your special day. We will then be in touch to discuss any requests you may have leading up to the week of your wedding day to ensure everything is perfect.
